WavesFlo is a DoubleTick alternative for sales teams that want every rep's WhatsApp number in one shared inbox, with an owner for each lead. Pick DoubleTick for WhatsApp calls, Android and iOS apps and ready-made add-ons for CRMs such as Salesforce and LeadSquared; pick WavesFlo for numbers linked from the phones your reps already use, round-robin and AI replies set per team, paced campaigns, and pricing per session, team member and number.
DoubleTick, from Mumbai, covers sales, marketing and support on WhatsApp: one inbox for chats, calls and groups across numbers, broadcasts, bots, AI agents and CRM integrations. WavesFlo is narrower: no WhatsApp calls, and HubSpot and Zoho CRM are its only built-in CRMs. Below, the two are compared on use case, groups, pricing and features, with every DoubleTick fact taken from its own site on 5 October 2026.

When is DoubleTick the better pick?
- You want to build your own bot flows in DoubleTick's no-code bot studio, with AI agents that qualify leads as an add-on from Pro.
- Reps work leads on the move and want Android and iOS apps.
- You want WhatsApp calls in the same inbox as chats.
- New leads should be routed by rules, by region, language or availability, rather than in turn within a team.
- Your CRM is Salesforce, LeadSquared or Bitrix24, or leads arrive from IndiaMART, and you want a ready-made integration.
- You need to search inside message text: DoubleTick's Enterprise plan searches messages as well as conversations, while WavesFlo's search covers a contact's name, number and latest message.
When is WavesFlo the better pick?
- Each rep already sells from their own WhatsApp number. Link each one by QR code from WhatsApp's Linked devices and the phone keeps working; every number's chats and groups land in one shared inbox, marked with the number they arrived on, and replies go out on that number.
- You want an owner on every lead: round-robin hands new chats out in turn within a team, a live typing indicator stops two reps answering the same customer, internal notes stay inside the team, and each team sets AI replies to answer, draft for review, or stay off.
- Access has to follow the team: Team leaders see their own and their team's chats, Agents only what is assigned to them, Viewers read only, and a number can be limited to named teams or people. Assigning WhatsApp chats shows how hand-offs work.
- Follow-ups and offers go out as campaigns from a Google Sheet, one personalised message per row, to lists or groups, with quiet hours, an optional approval step and opt-outs enforced at send time. Scheduling starts on Growth in WavesFlo; DoubleTick lists scheduled broadcasts on Enterprise.
- You run many numbers and want each one watched: daily and hourly ceilings and a health score per number, up to 250 connected numbers on Growth and 50,000 on Enterprise, subject to plan.
- Your CRM is HubSpot or Zoho CRM and a note on the contact for each message is enough: nothing is sent until an admin turns syncing on, and group messages never reach the CRM.
How does the pricing differ?
DoubleTick sells plans with seats included: Starter at ₹3,000 a month with 5 agents and Pro at ₹4,200 a month with 10, each with one number, billed yearly plus GST; AI agents add ₹3,500 a month on Pro, billed yearly (₹4,000 a month billed quarterly), and messaging charges vary by the recipient's country (checked 5 October 2026).
WavesFlo charges per session, per team member and per number: Growth, where the shared inbox starts, is ₹2,999 per session a month with one team member and one number included, and each extra team member is ₹499 a month and each extra number ₹999 a month. AI credits are included on Growth and Enterprise, with more on request, and messages are not metered. See WavesFlo pricing.

Questions about DoubleTick and WavesFlo
Is WavesFlo a DoubleTick alternative?
For sales teams that want every rep's WhatsApp number in one shared inbox, with an owner for each lead and campaigns paced per number, yes. For WhatsApp calls, Android and iOS apps, or a ready-made Salesforce or LeadSquared add-on, DoubleTick does things WavesFlo does not.
How much does DoubleTick cost in India?
As of 5 October 2026, DoubleTick's pricing page lists Starter at ₹3,000 and Pro at ₹4,200 a month, billed yearly, plus GST, with Enterprise on a quote. Starter includes 5 agents and Pro 10, each with one number; AI agents add ₹3,500 a month on Pro, billed yearly (₹4,000 a month billed quarterly), and messaging charges vary by country.
Does DoubleTick have a free trial?
No. DoubleTick's pricing page says it does not offer a free trial and offers a demo instead (checked October 2026). WavesFlo also starts with a demo, run on your own numbers.
Does DoubleTick support WhatsApp groups?
Yes, with limits by plan: as of October 2026 its pricing page lists 5 groups on Pro, groups as a paid add-on on Starter and a custom allowance on Enterprise. WavesFlo shows every group your linked numbers belong to in the shared inbox and can send campaigns into them.
Does WavesFlo assign leads automatically like DoubleTick?
Yes, on Growth and Enterprise: round-robin gives each new chat to the next person in a team, in turn. A manager or team leader can also hand a chat on with its notes, or leave it in the shared queue. DoubleTick's pricing page lists automatic agent assignment on its Pro and Enterprise plans (checked October 2026).
Can WavesFlo send WhatsApp chats to my CRM?
For HubSpot and Zoho CRM, yes: once an admin turns syncing on, one-to-one messages and consent changes are logged as notes on the contact with the matching phone number. Group messages never reach the CRM. Other CRMs connect through webhooks, n8n or Power Automate. WavesFlo is not a CRM itself.
