Acceptable use

WavesFlo is built for messaging people who asked to hear from you. If your plan requires messaging people who did not, this is the wrong product and we would rather say so before you pay for it.

The following will end an account, and we monitor for them rather than waiting for a complaint.

• –Messaging recipients who did not opt in to hear from you
• –Uploading purchased, scraped or rented contact lists
• –Checking or enumerating numbers in bulk, on this platform or through it
• –Continuing to message someone after they have asked you to stop
• –Impersonating another business, or messaging as one you do not represent
• –Any use intended to evade platform detection rather than to respect a limit

Membership of a group is not consent to be messaged one to one. The two are recorded as separate scopes and enforced separately. A member who joined a deals group has not agreed to a private message, and the platform treats it that way.

Because it filters. A buyer who reads this and leaves has saved both of us a difficult month, and a buyer who reads it and stays is the one we can actually serve.
