Terms of service
The rules that apply to using WavesFlo, and the limits of what we undertake to do.
Effective 25 August 2026
Who you are contracting with
WavesFlo is a product of Eclipse Private Limited. References to we, us and our in these terms mean Eclipse Private Limited.
These terms apply to the WavesFlo platform and to this website. Where you have signed an order form or a master agreement with us, that agreement governs and these terms fill the gaps rather than override it.
What the service is
WavesFlo is a platform for running marketing and automation campaigns across WhatsApp numbers that you connect and are authorised to operate, and for answering the conversations those numbers receive. You supply the numbers and the audience; we supply the campaign, delivery, governance, conversation and reporting layer above them.
Accounts connected to the service may be restricted or permanently disabled by the messaging platform. We provide send caps, pacing controls, per-recipient cooldowns, quiet hours, consent enforcement and account isolation to reduce that risk, and we cannot eliminate it. We cannot appeal a restriction on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message the people you message, for honouring withdrawal of consent, and for the content you send.
- Do not message people who have not opted in to hear from you
- Do not upload contact lists you did not collect yourself
- Do not use the service to enumerate or test numbers in bulk
- Do not connect a number you are not authorised to operate
What we undertake
We undertake that accepted messages are queued durably, retried on failure and not silently dropped; that sends are idempotent; and that the governance controls described on this site are enforced rather than advisory.
We do not undertake an availability level, a guarantee that any individual message will arrive, or a rate at which messages are sent.
Suspension
We may suspend a workspace that is sending to people who did not opt in, that is enumerating numbers, or that is placing other customers at risk. Where it is safe to do so we will tell you first.
Changes
We will give notice of material changes to these terms before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page is the current one.
