AiSensy Alternative for WhatsApp Group Marketing
AiSensy is a low-cost Indian platform for broadcasts and chatbots, but does not work with WhatsApp groups. How WavesFlo compares for group campaigns.
Checked against each vendor’s own pages · sources below
AiSensy suits Indian businesses that broadcast to customers one to one at a low entry price, with chatbots, payments and ads. It does not work with WhatsApp groups: its own guide says groups are not supported or synchronised. If your audience is in groups, WavesFlo is the alternative built for them, with no per-message charges.
AiSensy is popular with Indian small businesses: a free plan, paid plans from ₹1,500 a month, and chatbots, payments and ads in one place. The gap that sends people looking elsewhere is groups, which do not appear in its dashboard. If your audience is in WhatsApp groups — deal channels, resellers, parents, alumni — that gap is the whole job. WavesFlo is built around it.

When is AiSensy the better pick?
- You broadcast to customers individually and want the lowest entry price.
- You need WhatsApp payments or a catalogue, with a chatbot builder and an AI agent sold as add-ons.
- You run Click-to-WhatsApp ads.
- You are an agency that wants to resell under your own brand.
When is WavesFlo the better pick?
- Your audience is in WhatsApp groups and you post into many of them. A broadcast list cannot do that: it holds individual contacts only, as WhatsApp broadcast limits explains.
- You want no per-message charges: WavesFlo does not meter messages.
- You run several numbers and want each one paced, with opt-outs enforced at send time.
- You want to see each group's busiest hours before you post, and its delivery and reads after; reports cover 7 to 90 days and download as CSV or JSON.
- Replies from many numbers should land in one shared inbox, where each one gets an owner.
How does the pricing differ?
