AiSensy pricing: free plan, 14-day trial, message charges and add-ons

AiSensy's bill has three parts: a platform subscription, paid add-ons for chatbots and AI, and WhatsApp's per-message charges, which AiSensy passes through. It also lists a Free Forever plan and a 14-day free trial, but neither makes messaging free: a new account gets ₹50 of conversation credit, and a marketing message from 1 October 2026 is ₹1.09, so ₹50 covers about 45. The page text we read on 27 October 2026 gave the billing options and add-on prices but not the base plan table, so we do not quote a base price from it.

What are AiSensy's plans?

The pricing page offers monthly, quarterly (saving 5%) and yearly (saving 10%) billing, mentions a Free Forever plan, and headlines an Unlimited Users plan with fair-use limits of up to 200 agents, 500 tags, 100 attributes and 50 segments. When we checked on 5 October 2026 the comparison record listed Basic at ₹1,500 a month plus per-message charges and a Free Forever plan without broadcasts. The base plan table did not render in the text we read this time.

What do AiSensy's free plan and 14-day trial include?

What does free mean in practice?

• ₹50 of credit buys about 45 marketing messages, or 344 utility messages. It is enough to test, not enough to send a campaign.
• Broadcasts may not be in the free plan: the 5 October reading said so. Read the live plan table, which did not render in our text.
• A chatbot or AI agent is an add-on, so a trial of the platform alone will not show them.

What do AiSensy's messages cost?

Incoming customer messages are free, as are replies within the 72-hour window that follows a Click-to-WhatsApp ad. Billing is prepaid, and a balance of at least ₹10 keeps chatbots and automation running. AiSensy says it charges nothing to procure the WhatsApp connection, and its pages show no separate markup on message rates.

What does a month's messages cost?

An illustration, not a forecast, worked from the printed rates: 20,000 marketing messages, 30,000 utility messages and 3,000 service messages in a month. Marketing is ₹21,800 at ₹1.09, utility is ₹4,350 at ₹0.145, and service is ₹290, because the first 1,000 are free and the other 2,000 are charged at ₹0.145. The messages come to ₹26,440 before any plan fee, add-on or tax.

How much are AiSensy's chatbot and AI add-ons, and what do they include?

AiSensy sells automation as two add-ons on top of the platform: a drag-and-drop chatbot builder at ₹2,500 a month for five chatbots, and an AI agent builder at ₹1,350 a month that includes 1,000 AI messages. Billed annually they are ₹2,250 and ₹1,215, a saving of exactly 10%. A chatbot or AI reply also counts as a service message, which is free for the first 1,000 a month and ₹0.145 after.

What does a chatbot or AI reply cost on AiSensy?

• The chatbot builder is ₹500 per chatbot a month if you use all five.
• The AI add-on's 1,000 messages work out to ₹1.35 each if you use them all, and 1,000 a month is about 33 a day.
• Replies also count as service messages: the first 1,000 a month per number are free and then ₹0.145 each. If a bot sends one service message for each of 5,000 conversations a month, 4,000 are chargeable, or ₹580.
• Annual billing saves exactly 10% on each add-on (₹250 and ₹135 a month).
• The pages do not say what an AI message beyond the 1,000 costs, or whether unused messages roll over.

AiSensy is the lowest-cost route into broadcasts and chatbots for a small business: a free plan exists, a trial is offered, users are not metered, and every rate is printed.
