Co-existence lets one number run in the WhatsApp Business app and in AiSensy at the same time. It is in beta, not self-serve, and available for eligible Indian numbers (Nigeria and South Africa are also named). One-to-one messages are mirrored between the app and the dashboard; groups stay in the app, and some message types and broadcast lists are switched off.

What do the vendor's pages state?

AiSensy co-existence, from its guide, checked 27 October 2026
ItemWhat the guide says
What it isA number active in the WhatsApp Business app and in AiSensy at once
MirroredSupported one-to-one messages, between the app and the dashboard
Still works in the appCatalog, orders, status, labels, greeting messages and calls, though not on the Cloud API
Turned offDisappearing messages, view-once messages and live location
Broadcast listsNew lists cannot be created; existing ones become read-only
GroupsNot supported or synchronised through the Cloud API; they stay in the app
HistoryRecent individual chats can be synchronised at onboarding
RequirementsAn active, eligible Business app number, a supported app version, a Facebook Business Manager account, and a pre-created AiSensy project
AvailabilityBeta; enabled by emailing AiSensy support or using live chat; eligibility depends on Meta's checks

Who should use it, and who should not?

  • It suits a small business that wants to keep the Business app in hand and add broadcasts and a chatbot, on one number.
  • It does not suit a team that lives in groups, or one that relies on broadcast lists in the app.
  • Because it is a beta and not self-serve, plan for a wait and for changes.
  • It is for one number: AiSensy's pages describe nothing for many.

What should you check first?

  1. Whether your number is eligible, by asking AiSensy before you buy.
  2. Which of your current app habits stop working: broadcast lists, view-once, live location.
  3. What happens to your groups' history and to who can answer in them.
  4. What leaving co-existence does to the number.

Where does WavesFlo fit?

If keeping the phone in hand is the reason to look at co-existence, WavesFlo links each number from its own handset through Linked devices, so the app stays in use and its groups come along. Those groups sit beside direct chats in one inbox for every number, each marked with the number it belongs to.

This is what each vendor's own pages stated on 27 October 2026. Where a page is silent the guide says so rather than guess, and plans and limits change, so confirm on the live page.
