Interakt sells Starter, Growth, Advanced and Enterprise, with Growth at ₹2,799 and Advanced at ₹3,799 a month plus taxes on its pricing page of 27 October 2026. Messages are charged per message at a rate that falls as you move up a plan, and a separate Sales CRM add-on starts at ₹2,499 a month for 5 agents. The plans list unlimited agents; what changes between them is features and the per-message rate.

Interakt Starter vs Growth vs Advanced: what does each plan add?

Interakt's plans do not meter agents; each lists unlimited. What changes is what the plan can do and the rate each message costs. Starter is campaigns and a basic linear chatbot, Growth adds catalogs, a checkout bot, payments and analytics, Advanced adds branching chatbots, calling and load-equalising assignment, and Enterprise removes the markup on message rates.

  • Starter to Growth: you gain the store (catalogs, checkout, WhatsApp Pay), tracking and analytics, and more fields and tags.
  • Growth to Advanced: you gain the conversation tools (branching chatbots, calls, smarter assignment) and a lower message rate. The plan fee rises by ₹1,000 a month.
  • Advanced to Enterprise: you gain RCS, no markup on message rates, higher rate limits and faster campaigns.

Which plan you need follows from the work:

  • Pick Starter if you run campaigns and simple replies and need nothing from a store.
  • Pick Growth if you sell in the chat: catalogs, checkout, payments and abandoned-cart reminders.
  • Pick Advanced if your agents need branching chatbots, calls from the inbox or assignment that equalises load.
  • Ask about Enterprise only when message volume makes the markup the biggest line on the bill.
  • Work out whether Advanced pays for itself on message rates alone with the break-even calculation below.

What do messages cost on Interakt?

Interakt per-message charges in India, in rupees, as listed 27 October 2026
CategoryStarterGrowthAdvancedEnterprise
Marketing₹0.970₹0.958₹0.949No markup
Utility₹0.160₹0.150₹0.140No markup
Authentication₹0.129₹0.128₹0.127No markup
Service₹0.129₹0.128₹0.127No markup

Service messages carry no charge for the first 1,000. At marketing volume the rate difference is small per message and large per campaign: a send of 100,000 marketing messages is ₹97,000 at the Starter rate and ₹94,900 at the Advanced rate, a ₹2,100 gap, so the plan fee and the rate are two separate decisions.

What does a send cost at three volumes?

Marketing messages at Interakt's listed India rates, rate only (27 October 2026)
Messages deliveredStarterGrowthAdvanced
10,000₹9,700₹9,580₹9,490
50,000₹48,500₹47,900₹47,450
100,000₹97,000₹95,800₹94,900

These exclude the plan fee, taxes and any add-on. The gap between plans widens with volume but stays small beside the plan fee until volumes are large, so a higher plan is rarely justified on message rates alone.

Is Interakt Advanced worth it on message rates alone?

Only at volume. Advanced costs ₹1,000 a month more than Growth and saves ₹0.009 on a marketing message, so the break-even is about 111,111 marketing messages a month. Below that, upgrade for the features, not the rate.

Interakt Growth and Advanced message rates and the break-even volume, from the listed prices (27 October 2026)
CategoryGrowth rateAdvanced rateSaving a messageBreak-even messages a month
Marketing₹0.958₹0.949₹0.009111,111
Utility₹0.150₹0.140₹0.010100,000
Authentication₹0.128₹0.127₹0.0011,000,000
Service (after the first 1,000 free)₹0.128₹0.127₹0.0011,000,000
  • The plan gap is ₹1,000 a month plus taxes (₹3,799 against ₹2,799). Divide it by the saving per message and you have the volume at which the two cost the same on messages. The table is that arithmetic on the printed figures.
  • For marketing the saving is ₹0.009, so about 111,111 messages a month. For utility it is ₹0.010, about 100,000.
  • For authentication and service the saving is a tenth of a paisa, so the break-even runs into the millions: those rates never justify the upgrade.
  • A team sending 50,000 marketing messages a month saves ₹450 by upgrading, which does not cover the ₹1,000 difference.
  • Starter to Growth is less clear because the Starter price did not render. On our 5 October reading (₹3,499 a quarter, about ₹1,166 a month) the gap to Growth is about ₹1,633 and the marketing saving ₹0.012, a break-even near 136,000 messages.

What does the Sales CRM add-on cost?

The page lists the Sales CRM at ₹2,499 a month or ₹6,897 a quarter, including 5 sales agents, with each extra agent at ₹499 a month. It lists sales pipelines, auto-assignment of leads and one shared WhatsApp number. Interakt's Sales CRM, explained covers what that does and does not include.

If the need is several numbers answered by one team, that is a different job from a pipeline on one shared number, and closer to a shared inbox for every number.

Where is Interakt the better pick?

Interakt is built for D2C brands and Shopify or WooCommerce sellers taking orders in WhatsApp: catalogs, a checkout bot, order management, WhatsApp Pay, abandoned-cart reminders and click tracking all sit in the plans, and the per-message rates are printed rather than hidden behind a rate card.

What should you check before you pay?

  1. Confirm the WhatsApp Starter price and its billing period, since it did not render in the text we read.
  2. Confirm the rates and plan fees on the live page, and whether taxes are added to both the plan and the rates.
  3. Ask whether the rates on the page are Meta's charge plus a markup, and what the markup is on Starter.
  4. Compare your real monthly mix by category, not the marketing rate alone.
  5. Check whether Sales CRM roles are included in your messaging plan or sold only through the add-on.
  6. Confirm how many WhatsApp numbers your plan allows, since the pricing page does not say.
  7. Decide on the features first: calls, branching chatbots and load-equalising assignment are what Advanced sells.

Where does WavesFlo fit instead?

Interakt is shaped around a store selling inside the chat, with a rate on every message, whereas WavesFlo is one Enterprise plan for a business whose customers write to many numbers, quoted on the numbers and people connected, billed yearly and with messages left unmetered, so there is no rate to break even on. How WavesFlo compares with Interakt covers where each one fits.

Prices are as each vendor's own page listed them on 27 October 2026. They change, and a page can show a different figure by country, currency or billing period, so confirm the live page before you budget. The page itself lists two different prices for its AI agents product, so confirm that one with Interakt.
