WATI publishes its plan prices and meters users and numbers; DoubleTick names three plans, quotes after a demo and says one account can hold 500 or more numbers. WATI runs on Meta's Cloud API with groups limited to its top plan. DoubleTick's home page lists groups and calls in the same inbox as chats, across all numbers, with Android and iOS apps.

What is the real difference between WATI and DoubleTick?
- Transparency versus fit. WATI's prices are public, which makes budgeting simple. DoubleTick's are not, which makes its number-count and group claims the thing to test in the demo.
- On groups WATI is conditional and DoubleTick lists them in the inbox, but neither page tells you their limits beyond what is printed; the WATI help article does.
- DoubleTick's page is built for sales teams on phones, with calling; WATI's centres on chatbots, automation and integrations.
Which should you pick, WATI or DoubleTick?
Pick WATI if:
- You want printed prices and a trial before you talk to anyone.
- Chatbots, automation triggers and a large integration list are central.
- You are on one or a few numbers.
Pick DoubleTick if:
- You run many numbers and want them in one account.
- Calling and mobile apps matter to your sales team.
- Groups need to be in the same inbox as chats.
How do they fit three kinds of team?
| Team shape | WATI | DoubleTick |
|---|---|---|
| 5 agents, 1 number | Pro, ₹5,799 a month billed quarterly | Quoted after a demo |
| 15 agents, 10 numbers | Business, ₹61,280 a month billed quarterly | Quoted; 500+ numbers are possible on one account |
| Sales team on phones | Not stated for calling or apps | Calling and Android and iOS apps |
What should you test in a trial or demo?
- Ask DoubleTick for a quote at your size and two sizes either side.
- Ask WATI for a Business trial to test groups, since the 7-person cap is the real constraint.
- Have two reps use each for a day, and compare how each handles a customer writing to two numbers.
- Ask each for the exit terms in writing.
What are WATI and DoubleTick not built for?
Neither prices an estate of store and branch numbers as such: WATI adds a charge per extra number, and DoubleTick quotes after a demo.
WavesFlo is quoted as DoubleTick is, on the connected numbers and team members you run, with an annual bill and no message meter. Each store or branch number links from its own phone and lands in one inbox, labelled with that number, so the phones stay in use.
