DoubleTick names three plans, Starter, Pro and Enterprise, but the pricing page text we read on 27 October 2026 did not print their amounts. There is no free trial: the page says to book a demo instead. Conversation charges are billed on top and vary by destination country. For a firm number, you will be quoted.

What does DoubleTick's pricing page actually state?

DoubleTick pricing page, as read 27 October 2026
ItemWhat the page says
PlansStarter, Pro and Enterprise. Starter includes AI agents, Pro adds a shared account manager, Enterprise a dedicated one with invoice billing and custom payment terms
Free trialNone. The page offers a demo with the team
SupportHelp centre access and 24x7 chat support on all plans
PaymentCredit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and bank transfer; Enterprise also invoices
Plan changesUpgrades apply at once; downgrades from the start of the next billing cycle
AI creditsWhen included credits run out, AI agents keep working and draw on a wallet; topped-up credits do not expire
Message chargesConversation charges vary by destination country, with a separate country-wise page

Why are third-party prices unreliable here?

Aggregator sites quote DoubleTick figures that disagree with each other by a wide margin, in different currencies and on different billing assumptions, and we found no way to tie any of them to DoubleTick's own page. When we checked on 5 October 2026 its pricing page listed plans from ₹3,000 a month billed yearly, plus GST, but the text we read this time did not repeat it. Use a number only if DoubleTick gives it to you in writing.

What should you ask for in the quote?

  • Is the price per user, per number, or per team? DoubleTick lists up to 500 or more numbers on one account, so how numbers are charged matters.
  • Is GST included, and is the price quoted monthly or as the yearly total?
  • What do conversation charges come to for your countries and volumes, and are they marked up?
  • How many AI credits are included, and what does the wallet cost when they run out?
  • What does onboarding cost, and what does a downgrade at renewal do to your data?

Where is DoubleTick the better pick?

DoubleTick is built for sales teams that work from their phones. Its home page lists a single inbox for chats, calls and groups across all numbers, Android and iOS apps, role-based team management, a no-code bot studio and a two-way CRM sync, with industry pages for banking, travel, education and automotive. DoubleTick compared with WavesFlo lays the two out line by line, including where DoubleTick is ahead.

How do you compare a quote with a printed price?

A quote is only comparable once it is turned into the same units as a price list. Ask for these five lines, and put every vendor's answer in the same table.

A table to fill in for every vendor
LineWhat to writeWhy
Price per monthThe amount, as monthly billed, with GST shown separatelyA yearly total divided by twelve flatters the monthly figure
What it scales withUsers, numbers, contacts or messagesIt decides the price at twice your size
IncludedUsers, numbers, AI credits, automation limitsLimits are where the extras start
Message chargesRate by category and country, and any markupOften larger than the plan
Term and exitMinimum term, renewal increase, data exportThe cost of leaving

Where does WavesFlo fit instead?

WavesFlo is quoted too, so the five lines above work for it as well: its quote is built on connected numbers and team members, billed annually, and messages are not metered. Every number's chats and groups then land in one shared inbox, each marked with the number it came in on.

Prices are as each vendor's own page listed them on 27 October 2026. They change, and a page can show a different figure by country, currency or billing period, so confirm the live page before you budget.
