Free trials differ by more than length. On the vendors' own pages of 27 October 2026, AiSensy offers 14 days, TimelinesAI 10 days for up to 10 seats, WATI, respond.io and Wassenger 7 days, Gallabox a trial with no card and 500 AI credits, and DoubleTick no trial at all, only a demo. What the trial limits matters more: TimelinesAI caps automated messages at 20, and respond.io's trial excludes broadcasts.

What should you test in a trial?
- Connect a real number, not a test one, and see what happens on the phone.
- Open a group you belong to and see what the tool shows.
- Have two people answer the same customer and see how the tool prevents it.
- Send a small campaign and compare cost, delivery and time with the page.
- Write to the number from two different phones, and see how the contact is shown.
- Export your contacts and chats, to see what leaves with you.
- Read the invoice that would result at your size, line by line.
What are the usual traps?
- A trial on a plan below the one you would buy, so the feature you need is not in it.
- Limits so low the thing you meant to test cannot be tested.
- A trial that converts to a paid plan unless cancelled, with a card on file.
- A short trial that ends before a real week of work has passed.
Where does WavesFlo fit?
In place of a trial, WavesFlo runs a walkthrough on two of your own numbers, so the tests above happen on real chats and your rollout questions are answered as you go. What you see there is the shared inbox your team would use, and the quote that follows is set on connected numbers and team members, billed annually.
