A weekly review works when it reads the same figures in the same order and ends with one decision per figure that moved. Thirty minutes is enough for a desk if the numbers come from records and nobody has to build the slide. This agenda uses the figures WavesFlo reports for support and for sales.
| Minutes | Open | Question |
|---|---|---|
| 0 to 5 | Customers waiting, overdue and unassigned tickets | What is stuck right now, and who owns it? |
| 5 to 12 | Target attainment and open ticket age | Which tickets breached, and at what hour? |
| 12 to 17 | Load per agent and queue depth | Is work even, and is the cap right? |
| 17 to 24 | Funnel and forecast by close window | Where do opportunities drop out, and what is overdue? |
| 24 to 30 | Win and loss reasons | What is the one change for next week? |
What keeps the review honest?
- Compare the same range each week. The reports can be set to 7, 30, 60 or 90 days.
- Read the median and the 90th percentile together; the average hides the tail.
- Read rates with their fractions, so one win from one deal does not look like forty from forty.
- Decide one change, name an owner, and read the same figure next week.
What changes monthly?
Response and resolution at the median and 90th percentile, who is selling by person and team, and why deals are lost. Money stays per currency and is never summed across them, so a team with two currencies reads two numbers.
Reports follow roles: an agent can bring their own book to a one-to-one, a team leader the team's, a manager the workspace's. Export the figures as CSV or JSON if a board pack needs them.
Every figure on this agenda is read from the workspace rather than gathered by hand, so the review can start on time. WavesFlo for sales teams shows the pipeline and desk reports a review draws on.
Questions
What should a weekly WhatsApp team review cover?
What is stuck now, target attainment and ticket age, load per agent, the sales funnel and forecast, and win and loss reasons, ending with one change.
How long should it take?
About thirty minutes, if the figures come from reports and not from slides built by hand.
Can I export the figures?
Yes. Eleven reports export as CSV and JSON.
