Four of the tools whose pages we read name HubSpot: TimelinesAI and Periskope on every plan, WATI from Pro and Gallabox from Essential. WavesFlo has it built in, logging one-to-one chats as notes on the matching contact, and three more (DoubleTick, respond.io, Wassenger) offer an SDK, an API or connectors to build one. They are not the same thing: some write notes, some sync contacts, some update pipelines. Read as of 27 October 2026.

What does each tool state?

Interakt, AiSensy, Wassenger, ChatDaddyHubSpot not named in the pages we readNot stated

What can a HubSpot integration mean?

  • Notes: each conversation is written onto the contact as a note. Nothing about the deal changes.
  • Contact sync: WhatsApp contacts are created or matched in HubSpot, and HubSpot contacts can be imported.
  • Pipeline updates: a conversation can move a deal or set a property.
  • Two-way: HubSpot changes reach the inbox as well.
  • WavesFlo's is the first and the second, by design; it never updates deals or stages, and group, status and channel messages are never logged. TimelinesAI's page claims the third.

What should you ask before you commit?

  1. Which of the four does it do, and can I see it on a test contact?
  2. How is a contact matched: by phone number, and what happens when two contacts share one?
  3. What happens when the same customer writes to two of my numbers?
  4. Are group messages logged? WavesFlo's never are.
  5. What does disconnecting do? WavesFlo revokes its access at HubSpot.

Where does WavesFlo fit?

The HubSpot integration guide walks through the connection step by step.

HubSpot stays the record, WavesFlo keeps its own pipeline only on the WhatsApp conversations, with no quotas and no lead scoring, and one-to-one chats reach HubSpot as notes once an Admin switches syncing on. Agents answer those chats from one inbox across every connected number, and the note is matched to the HubSpot contact by the customer's phone number.

This is what each vendor's own pages stated on 27 October 2026. Where a page is silent the guide says so rather than guess, and plans and limits change, so confirm on the live page.
