What does a user limit actually do to a team?

  • A hard cap (Gallabox Basic, Wassenger Professional) forces an upgrade at the fourth person.
  • A per-user price makes a seasonal team costly: ask whether seats can be added and removed monthly.
  • 'Unlimited' usually has a fair-use limit; AiSensy's page states up to 200 agents.
  • A viewer or a manager who only reads usually still takes a seat. Ask whether read-only roles are free.

What should you ask before you commit?

  1. Do read-only users count as seats?
  2. Can I add and remove users mid-term, and is it pro rata?
  3. Is an agent who answers on several numbers one user or several?
  4. What is the fair-use limit behind 'unlimited'?
  5. What does the 16th, 40th and 100th user cost?

Where does WavesFlo fit?

WavesFlo quotes the whole estate with team members set in the quote, so the questions for a demo are how a team member is counted and what happens to the quote when you add one. Each of those people works from one inbox across your numbers, with access set by role and by number.

This is what each vendor's own pages stated on 27 October 2026. Where a page is silent the guide says so rather than guess, and plans and limits change, so confirm on the live page.
