A quick reply is a saved message you call up by typing a slash and a shortcut. The WhatsApp Business app allows 50 per account; a shortcut starts with / and runs up to 25 characters with no spaces, and each reply can have up to three keywords. Below are twenty to adapt, with a shortcut for each. Replace the square brackets before saving.

Limits checked against WhatsApp's help centre on 5 October 2026.

How do you keep them good?

  • One reply per situation, short shortcuts everyone remembers.
  • Edit the first line by hand so it does not read like a template.
  • Review the list every quarter and delete what is out of date.

On the Business app, quick replies live on one phone; in a shared WhatsApp inbox like WavesFlo, saved messages are written once for the whole workspace and recalled by typing a slash, on any connected number. That way the examples above reach every agent, not only whoever holds the phone.
