Wassenger Professional vs Business vs Enterprise: what changes at each step up?

  • Professional to Business: $30.00 more a month for three more agents, auto-assignment, Flows, departments, twice the campaigns and delivery tracking.
  • Business to Enterprise: $30 more for three more agents, five times the campaigns, permissions and hidden numbers, and priority support.
  • Billed annually each plan is about 17% cheaper: $33.25, $58.25 and $83.25 against $39.90, $69.90 and $99.90.

Per included agent, at the monthly prices, the cost falls from $13.30 on Professional to $11.65 on Business and $11.10 on Enterprise, which is the plan price divided by its agents.

Which Wassenger plan do you need?

  • Professional: three people, one number, auto-replies and an API. No routing, and no way to add a fourth agent.
  • Business: you need assignment rules or departments, or delivery tracking on campaigns.
  • Enterprise: agents must not see phone numbers, or you need permissions per person or more than 20 campaigns a month.
  • More than one number: the page lists one per plan and does not say how a second is bought. Ask first.

What does the pricing page leave out?

  • How to run more than one number. Every plan lists one, and the text does not say whether you buy another subscription for each.
  • Whether groups are supported. The page does not mention them for any plan.
  • Anything about hierarchy, tickets or a sales pipeline.

Where is Wassenger the better pick?

Wassenger is a low entry price for a small team on one number that wants an API: $39.90 buys a shared inbox for three agents, auto-replies, scheduled messages and the open API, with a trial that needs no card.

What does it cost as the team grows?

Wassenger for one number as agents are added, from the listed prices (27 October 2026)
AgentsPlanMonthlyBilled annually, a month
3 agentsProfessional$39.90$33.25
6 agentsBusiness$69.90$58.25
9 agentsEnterprise$99.90$83.25
12 agentsEnterprise$141.90$125.25
15 agentsEnterprise$183.90$167.25

Extra agents are available on Enterprise only, at $14 a month each, with no stated cap. Everything here is for one number: the page does not show how a second is bought, so a team on several numbers cannot be priced from it.

What should you check in the trial?

  1. Ask how a second number is bought, and whether it is a second subscription or part of one.
  2. Check how auto-assignment and departments behave, since they start on Business.
  3. Test the bulk limits against your real campaigns: Professional allows 10 campaigns a month of up to 500 recipients, one a day.
  4. Check whether groups work, since the page does not mention them.

Where does WavesFlo fit instead?

Because each Wassenger plan stops at one number, its arithmetic changes as soon as a team answers on several. WavesFlo is quoted once a year on the connected numbers and team members you run, with messages not metered, and one inbox carries every number's direct chats and groups together.

Prices are as each vendor's own page listed them on 27 October 2026. They change, and a page can show a different figure by country, currency or billing period, so confirm the live page before you budget.
