To get one into Google Sheets, export it, then File, Import, Upload, and choose to insert a new sheet or replace the current one. Do it on a schedule that suits your reviews, and keep the exports as dated tabs so any figure can be traced.
- Pick the range in the report: 7, 30, 60 or 90 days.
- Export as CSV. Use JSON only if a script will read it.
- In Google Sheets, choose File, Import, Upload, and insert the file as a new sheet named with the date.
- Check the date columns imported as dates, not text, and that the timezone matches the sheet.
- Point your summary tab at the new sheet, or use a fixed name and replace its contents each time.
